 Updates
Fri Aug 20, 2004

Sean's ear drum isn't much better, but it has finally started to close. If it is not close in a week he may have to get surgery to get it shut. Sean also has pretty significant hearing loss in his left ear, but some of it may come back.

On the brighter side of things Sean's current project (currently unnamed) is doing well for themselves. Before Bob left for college, the band wrote 5 songs. Over the next few months the recording, post-production and mastering of those songs will be occurring.

The recording session is already well underway. The click tracks have been made, the rough tracks have been recorded and Sean hammering out the drum tracks.

Next week we will update you again on the progress of the recordings.

Wed July 7, 2004

All of the music recorded by Forsaken Truths has now been archived on the web site. The web site can now also be accessed through ft.seandaudelin.com. You can also click on the FT link at the bottom of every page. forsakentruths.com will go offline in one week.

 Ear Drum
Wed July 7, 2004

Sean Daudelin punctured a large hole in his left ear drum a few weeks ago. This would be why you haven't seen any updates for a while. As of right now, we a hoping that the ear drum will close up itself, but if not, then surgery will be needed.

The Forsaken Truths domain is going to run out in about a week. The old web site will be moved over to this web site as either a sub directory or a sub domain. All of the songs from the project will be placed on this web site for archive purposes.

Stating Monday, Sean hopes to start drumming with his current group (the Millers and Martin). As that group progresses we will update more on them.

Also if none of you have heard the band A Breed Apart, you should check them out. They are friends of ours who have gotten some air time on WAAF and WHJY. They are also playing at this years LocalBazoka. They need to sell 150 tickets for the show, so if you are planning on going to the show, either buy thickets through their site or ask me to get some for you.

 DVDs Are Coming (Again)
Fri June 18, 2004

The First Epicenter DVD is finished. It contains all of the performances up to and including the high school talent show of 1999.

We have actually been having some problems getting other DVDs to be a high enough quality, so we have been postponing the release of future DVDs. As soon as we find some better DVD authorizing software and converters, we will start the DVDs up again.

 DVDs Are Coming
Sun May 30, 2004

Well, its been about a half of a year, but the first of the DVDs from Sean's collection of video has finally come to life. Sean has spent the last 5 days creating this disk, which features all of Sean's Drum Expo shows at the Music Nook. If anyone is interested in a copy, feel free to email Sean here.

Now that the bugs have been worked out the creation process, we are ready to plow ahead with making more DVDs. We will most likely create DVDs for all of the shows in chronological order. The next disk may be ready as early as tomorrow night. Check back soon for updates.

 Drum Machine
Mon Apr 26, 2004

Well, its been a long time without updates, but now that school is over (for good) I can finally get back to updating and drumming.

First of all, everyone should check out my senior honors thesis. It is a drum machine written in Java. You will need the Java plug-in (note: Java is not JavaScript) which you can get here.

The benefit concert looks like it is dead in the water. We will let you know if there is a chance of it coming back.

 Possible Benefit Concert
Mon Mar 15, 2004

There may be a possible benefit concert held at the Milford High School this June. The links page on music was updated to reflect current hosts. Here is a snip from the psalm 5 mailing list update on this.

A Message from Rob:
Hey, guys. Most of you know about the passing away of Mrs. Riley. She was a good person, and a strong believer in the power of music. That is why I am attempting to set up a benefit concert for the Riley family so that in their hour of need, they can have at least some financial peace....I will need all of your help to make sure that we fill that auditorium with friends, family, and anyone who has a heart that still beats in their body. There?s 750 seats in that auditorium. I would love to see every seat filled, but the important part is getting donations and ticket sales for this benefit. If you are willing to help, please let me know by responding to this message.

If you would like more information, please email Rob at: rmiller@bridgeport.edu
